If you aren't available when your parcel is delivered, you can call POSLAJU hotline at 1300-300-300 and request for a 2nd Delivery Attempt of your parcel. Else, the delivery driver will leave a Notification “We Were Here” Notification calling card with instructions on how to pick it up.
Where We Deliver
Delivery is provided within Malaysia only at this time. We deliver to homes and offices but we will not deliver to Hotels & P.O. Box addresses and as we will need a signature.
Third Party Delivery
Our extensive collection of necktie presents the choice of a perfect gift for your loved one. And for your added convenience, we facilitate sending your gift order directly to his. All you have to do is provide us the appropriate shipping information during checkout.
We may have Free Delivery Promotions; otherwise the cost of delivery is dependent upon the weight of the item. You can add items to your shopping cart to find out what the delivery cost will be.
When We Deliver
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered on business days(Mon. to Fri.) during office hours (9am to 5pm).Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.Your item will be delivered in within 1-4 working days
after we have received your payment.
Sometimes festival periods or other busy periods, deliveries may take longer. For example, we may have longer Holidays during Hari Raya and Chinese New Year.Please contact us if you have not received your item within 5 working days.(Please note Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays are not classed as working days).
We make an effort to check and make sure that your item is in good condition before we pack & deliver. After which, we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused during delivery of goods. However, if you received a defect item, kindly contact us within 5 working days after receiving your parcel.
Track Your Order
To track your parcel, use the tracking number we had provided you in the email. However, please allow at least 24 hours from receipt of the email to allow the tracking system to be updated before tracking your order.
