Return and Refund Policy

All items purchased on line through How Do I Look? are returnable. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a refund. 

You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.


All returns must be in its original as good as new condition with all tags attached. Together with its original undamaged packaging (including invoice) must be in place for a refund to be issued. We are unable to accept returns without the original box or packaging.


We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. 


If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. No returns will be accepted after 30 days. 


No refund will be issued if the product has been worn, altered or shows any signs of use.


Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or wear of product caused by customer. 


Refund will be made by means of store credit in the form of voucher (valid for 365 days from the day of return).


Store credit can be used to make future purchases through our website. 


In the event that we sent you a wrong item or the item is defective, we will send you a replacement. Should the item be out of stock, and you refuse a voucher to be used for other of our products, we will we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. Credit Card Refunds may take up to 20 days to be credited.  


Returns must be sent back to us only via reliable and traceable shipping methods. We will not be responsible for lost if sent by ordinary mail. Please send by PosLaju or by reliable courier services.

Please keep the tracking number for the parcel provided by your preferred courier service provider to monitor your shipment to us.


Once we have received your returned purchase at our warehouse; the product(s) will be inspected. We will conduct an evaluation within two (2) business days of receiving your returned items.


If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, depending on your case, and the reasons of return you have indicated in the return form. We will also reimburse the courier charges to you together with your refund/store credit (if applicable). 


If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you. We will not reimburse your courier charges.
